Winds die down as Big Sur wildfire burns near California`s Highway 1 and forces evacuations

The Colorado Fire, which started in the Palo Colorado Canyon, has burned 1,050 acres and had shut down the iconic highway, Cal Fire authorities told The Washington Post.
